If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t access your account, follow these steps to reset it:

🔹 Step 1: Go to the LMS Login Page

Visit https://elearning.unite.ac.ug

🔹 Step 2: Click on “Forgotten your username or password?”

You’ll find this link just below the login form.

🔹 Step 3: Enter Your Registered Email or Username

Fill in either your email address or username (provided by the administrator), then click Search.

🔹 Step 4: Check Your Email

If your information matches an existing account, an email will be sent to your inbox with instructions to reset your password.

🔹 Step 5: Create a New Password

Click the link in your email, enter your new password, and confirm. You’ll then be redirected to the LMS dashboard.

🛠️ Troubleshooting Tips:

• If you don’t receive an email, check your spam or junk folder.

• If no account is found, contact your campus LMS administrator for assistance.
