This CPD programme equips lower secondary teachers to integrate career talks into classroom lessons under the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC). Teachers learn to plan, deliver, and reflect on gender-responsive career talks with role models from the world of work, linking subject content to real-life opportunities. The 5-week course, offered at UNITE campuses, builds teachers’ capacity to inspire learners, broaden aspirations, and support their transition from school to work
